Shipping Information:

We currently ship to addresses within Canada only. Please check back for updates on international shipping options.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 1-4 days for items in stock.
Shipping details will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
If the item(s) you ordered are unavailable, you will be notified via email and refunded for the item(s).

Shipping Charges:

Free shipping on orders less than 40 lbs and over $150 before taxes across Ontario.
Provinces/Territories outside of Ontario, CA do not qualify for free shipping.
Not all items qualify for free shipping. Due to weight and size restrictions, some items may incur additional shipping fees.

Item Availability:

Not all items are available for shipment; some may be pickup only or local delivery only. This will be indicated on their product page and at checkout if a shipping service cannot be selected.
