Refund policy

Online Returns:

• To initiate a return, email orders@interlinehardware.ca with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
• Please allow up to 5 business days for our team to process your return.
• Online returns are subject to shipping fees.

General Returns:

• Returns must be made within a 30-day period.
• The original receipt is required.
• The original card or tender used for payment is required.
• Items must be in their original and unopened packaging.
• Final sale items are non-refundable.
