• Serrated Shredding Hammers - Our unique, serrated shredding hammers use their jagged edges to pulverize materials fed into the shredder hopper and reduce it by 20:1. The result is a fine “pre-composted” mulch that can enrich your garden soil. Hammers are reversible and can also be rehung from the opposite hole to provide fresh surfaces for chewing up materials up to 1.5” in diameter.
• Self-Feeding Action - A large vertically oriented hopper, a precisely-angled heavy-duty chipping knife, and a powerful air channel work together to pull branches into the chipping hopper and blast wood chips out the discharge. Most materials will self-feed, so once you drop a branch in your free to get the next one. No force feeding required!
• Oversized Hoppers - The shredder hopper opening is 19" x 17", big enough to accept multiple stalks up to 1.5" thick along with side branches and leaves. The chipper opening (8" x 14") accepts branches up to 5" in diameter.
